i think so to that you follow and unfollow often the same people with the time ....... but it works for sure.

Sometimes, but not always. Just remember to keep switching accounts to copy followers from, and you shouldn't get duplicates so often!

Do you know any app for android that makes following and unfollowing easier.

I'm not sure, you'll just have to try some googling / play store searching. I will be releasing an unfollow script that works via console (on PCs) sometime next week, so stay tuned for that!

I'm using the same method but with an automated script.
Mass follow new followers from big accounts + Mass likes on the hashtag related to your niche = epic win

Crowdfire has recently become more pay-oriented, so if you don't want to buy a bot, I doubt you'd like to buy this. 25 free copy-follows a day though. Thanks for sharing!

thats how you do it. this way you get high quality engagement on your posts which will benefit your account so much more than just f4f.

This method is ok when your account is new but eventually you will just be following the same people over and over again.

True! Also one of the reasons why I decided to use a bot.
