Looking for Approved, agged Adwords or Bing ACC

Hi,
im looking for a old approved adwords account, normal or MCC. Bing will be nice too.

Rules:

- approved ads that are working, so i can check
- older then 1-2 weeks, best if older then 1-3 months

Adwords is too strict at this moment. You need to aged account to make ad campaign easily.
 
What do you mean by too strict?
Still the same thing as in 2014 , if you create a new account you need to wait a lot to run dirty

If that's the case then why did you post on here saying that you needed Adwords/Bing accounts? I thought they weren't strict?

Even aged account tends to get banned. Reasons I think include changing billing info, different IP, keywords, changing website, similiar to previously banned ads, similiar to previously banned website, previously banned website ip, cloaked website detected, etc... All raises red flags. Probably better off doing whitehat/greyhat on Adwords.
 
Indeed it is , we just need more accounts than in 2014/15 thats why Im asking here.
I dont think Adwords check IP server , competitors in my niche have around 5/6 sites on the same server in cloaking or not
