Using mass planner and just bought 10 instagram proxies. None of them work, support has not gotten back to me. Also, the support phone number on their site leads to a completely different hosting company. Shady. Highly unsatisfied.

I've already demanded a refund. Please issue one by 2PM today PST or I'm charging back. This is ridiculous, its been over 3 days and no support response.

EDIT: Got a response finally. Contacted 4 different ways. Asked for a refund, told me they are forwarding to their billing 'department'. 7 hours later, nothing.

EDIT 2: Finally got a refund after 10 hours.

Overall exp: I'm sure their proxies are legit, I probably got a bad batch. Regardless, support is terrible. They take forever to respond, as I waited over 3 days and contacted them 4 different ways. I added them on skype, and at this moment no add back. Support box via their site got no response. Tried calling the number on their website, only to find out it was the number to justhost.
