Skype similar name ! How to resolve ?

Guys I have a problem now.
Someone have created similar skype name : dinknfbfbfb which is exactly similar to dinkufbfbfb
When people trying to add me by searching "dinkufbfbfb" he comes first sometime.

Do you know how to resolve this issue.?

I tried contacting skype team they said they cannot do anything.

How could they do something about that? It's a users choice what username to choose.
But I see your dilemma here because unlike you, he even has a description on his account (BHW Account Seller) and people will probably add him first without checking the profile for the real SkypeID.
The only solution I see here right now would be to create a new account with a new ID. Message your contacts on the old account or add them with your new one. You can also run two instances of Skype at the same time for as long as you think its necessary.

I reported his account as abuse, I doubt that will help since there had been no previous conversation with me that justifies closure of his account, but that's the least I could do

There's no solution, but you can leave your skype handle as an html link like this MySkype with the url as "Skype:dinkufbfbfb?chat".

I actually thought this was going to be about resolving skype IP addresses. OP, you can't stop people registering similar names on skype. You'll have to work out some secret codeword so that people adding you on skype know it's really you and not the other dinkufbfbfb.
