We use, as a customer, without any relationship with them trustvm VPS with W7. I think that using coupon SICK10 you get 10% off. Its cheap and runs very well for us.
Its only our experience as customers.

A big recommendation is: do not install (and/or run) many programs from your VPS.

Usually this kind of SEO tools are runned in VPS. Its not mamdatory, but its the reccommeded, because the best way is to run it 24/7.
Its not neccesary at all to get expensive VPS. We preffer to run it in W7 VPS. You will need to have IE11 installed.

Well here's the thing about this software and it's support team. I don't know if Richard is the same guy as OP, but I can tell you the same thing I tell every other software devs. You need to listen to your customers, it goes a long way.

I have made a bunch of suggestions, and also complained about bug reports (this thing crashes like there's no tommorow). And they gave me a generic one liner answer and didn't even bother to respond to my complain and suggestions. This software is no diff than one I recently reviewed about a rank tracking tool. The core and purpose is similar. You're dealing with the ever changing nature of how google detects bots. For example, I can avoid google from detecting the bot as a bot (which I am not a bot because i use a browser to test simple stuff), by simply changing the browser from normal to incognito using the same query string, and the ip ban was lifted. That means it wasn't my ip being banned, but that they have detected the same action coming from the same browser.

There are alot more complicated matter that I have mentioned in the support, I'm not going to repeat every single thing here like i have the rank tracker software, but since they didn't actually bother to acknowledge me (same thing happened with that dev), I have no choice but to say it here publicly.

On an ending note to make it less damaging, i would say this software and concept has potential. Every software has potential to be the best, but it's only as good as the dev willing to hear what the customers say. When the customer say something, it's because there's a reason, and it's the devs responsibility to find it out and get it sorted, otherwise you're going to see more neg reviews popping up which could've been solved had the support been more eager and quick to respond.

No, its not normal.
Did you changed to 2Captcha?

About the first point, our experience (an we have made a lot of tests, a lot of coding and a lot of test about product with hundreds of customers) is different. In fact our Google Webmaster Tools experience tells us that IGR is doing a good job since from the data provide BY GOOGLE, they showed that IGR impacts A LOT in the CTR.

I don't think that we don't bother answering. What we don't do is to discuss about coding and about 'how Google works', because everyone have a different theory (believe me) and we can't discuss about it with every customer.

We are offering one software that show the impact in the data that Google shows in WMT (in data provided by Google). Thats our goal. We cannot discuss every one's theory about how Google works, etc.

Thanks for your feedback, we listen to the feedback more that you can imagine. I hope that you don't take this answer like we don't bother to listen answer it. We just explain what the experience teach us.

Your soft works with a Death By Captcha, how to make it work for a 2Captcha?
if on the software settings we can change server addresses, we need to write on a settings 2captcha.com servers, on a field username and password we will write our email and password of a 2captcha.com account.
if the address we can change, we need to change file: hosts to the next instruction:

1) Open folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and find a file "hosts"
2) Open with a text document file "hosts"
3) In the end of the file add the next:

Lot's of back and forth about crashes and responses from OP that everything is fine when they run it. Does anyone use this on a daily basis and not have to request support daily or weekly? This thing is a year old now, and apart from OP graphs showing CTR, haven't seen any daily users share this information.

We can tell you that this kind of Tools (like GSA) works fine, but not everyone follows the correct steps and some people don't follow the steps and latter complains.
In the other hand, we are releasing updates all the time. So, any problem are usually corrected very soon.
