very strange customer support, my and one of my friend program stopped working yesterday, it saying prgram key and user name is wrong. Still waiting for response from support ppl.... It will probably drop down our websites ranking now....((((

These guys still not responding on e-mails and support tickets! VERY bad support tactic I ever deal with! Their support ticket website is down and it saying " website suspended"
These people really don't care about we can't using software and all websites losing their current ranking. Shame on you!!! Going to find another one, more reliable developer to get software. Seems like these guys just "hit and run" sellers or just sloppy with support issues . This is shame, it was a good program (((

We always said that our suppoirt Help Desk works from monday to saturday morning.
All tickets where answered the monday, as every week.

We had some problem with a server yesterday and we fix it in a couple hours.

It's already 4 days how my program, I bought it from you, doesn't work! You just killed and waste ALL my investments to proxies, vps etc! Ranking falling down pretty badly! Hello, the tool is working good i am getting clicks but now last 3 days in the Tool the time spent on site shows from 40-120 seconds for each click to website , but in Google analytics shows the Avarage Time on site 6 seconds ! What might be the problem for this?

We recommend not to use Analytics, but Google Webmaster Tools. Its not the same, but it will show (with a delay of 5 days more or less) your CTR, etc.
