i agree if i have some music playing then i get off track and get up dancing and anything else i can do not to work. LOL

LMAO, Well I dancing a little, but I stay focus on the work. The music focus me (but if have any hot woman in the video it get hard to focus on work ahha)
Musics like rock and eletronics keep me calm!

I prefer instrumental songs specially the one that are played through violin they're very relaxing and makes me more calm and work better

You need sleep man. I was like you before and the next day I wouldn't remember what I needed to do. Good sleep actually helps.
