I haven't tried this exact method yet but I just read through the entire thread.

If I had to guess, instagram is banning certain types of redirects to websites and I have also heard from other threads that they ban new accounts that put a link in right away.

Let the accounts age a little bit before putting links in the bio, and possibly try to redirecting to a landing page or just create a separate landing page all together

i am no expert, but i havent gotten a ban yet. lol.
i create 3 accounts on my phone on the same day, each with a link to my websites. i was unable to follow for the 1st week. i only actively follow on 2/3. i changed the 2 links to goo.gl links. one of them is a direct aff link. the other changes from cpagrip to sharecash to my own site. so far i've gotten about 4-5 captchas after 1 month. well, i did get 2 instant bans with 2 accounts i created using bluestacks on a proxy, without even having a chance to setup a profile, let alone links. so my experience indicates that placing links is not the main problem. it's also probably because i am not using a bot.

i got no sales on 142, and 24 click-throughs.

if i can actually make money, i will buy phones, buy IP's. that will almost guarantee no bans? earlier someone commented and said he made hundreds a day using 2 accounts. if i can do that, the cost of phones and IPs will be very small expenses.

has anybody successfully made money using amazon and/or clickbank?

Thanks, I already started implementing the method. I created a blogger page with custom domain, wrote a few words about the offer and linked to it. So far 141 clicks and 3 leads. That's for 3-4 days Lol. Should I promoting another offer. This doesn't seem very profitable. Btw it's Sephora gift card if anyone's wondering.

ok, i started this method yestarday and got 1 lead. i have two accounts promoting the same offer. i have these account for 1 year now so they dont need phone verification. now i registred a new account and it says i have to verificate with my phone number. is there any way i can avoid this?

You can use Google Voice or other Free VOIP apps on your phone to verify Instagram accounts. They are not very strict with this like Facebook is.

how much do you wanna earn? 10 times more, 100 times more? then use ten times more or 100 times more accs, it's pure maths, you know, what never lies

conversion rates are quite similar to mine, if you achieved that with 1 acc, only i used 200 accs at any given time and made $250-$350 daily, that's 1-2 conversion/acc/day just like your results, however mass botting became a lot harder since then

I'm stucked there too. I got some sms receiver apps (Don't find how to do with google voice or VOIP apps), and with the sms receiver it work on the begin, but after a few accs the number get tracked by instagram and is suspended.
Im getting banned too fast too, I put the a LP maded by my CPA network(shortned) on my bios, after I made around 150 follows I get banned. Tried with 5 different accounts, different LPS...
The question here is how to avoid the confirmation correctly? How can I do this to don't get banned so fast?

It has happened because of your number. As you have created many accounts on 1 number and have linked all together. When your number got banned, all accounts got banned (if not all got banned until now then wait and see, they'll be banned soon for sure).
It is bad practice, if you are using same link/website-url in multiple accounts. This can also get you banned.
3rd thing is your content. If you are repeatedly using same content on all account's description/bio etc, you'll get banned in no time.

Solution:
Use 1 number for 1 IGPVA
Use unique bio/description for each IGPVA (its really good thing for long run)
Use different IP for every account that you create.
Clear cookies/cache/data for sure, before creating every new account.
