Need some help with CPAgrip and Ascendmedia

Hi,
I recently subscribed to some CPA networks. I wanted to create a "wall" type ads on my website, so i chose CPAGRIP and Ascendmedia.
I am having difficulty understanding how to attribute (and show) "points" to users who click links (and make the right action) with API's and postback. Does anyone have any suggestions or some tutorial to better understand how to do this? It would be of great help.
I have a little idea I would like to try out then share if successful.

You should write Adscend or one of their AM's. They have really good support. Your results will depend on your traffic and how you use them but they're a good network and worth reaching out to.
Not gonna comment on CPAGrip other than saying use them at your own risk and choice.

I think Adscend has a lot of tutorials and explanations even in their blog too. Worth checking out.
