I received this:
Hi,
We have suspended monetization on your channel for non-compliance with our Partner Program Policies. This may include community guidelines violations and/or copyright issues on your live or deleted videos.
Here's what you need to know and do to have your monetization reinstated:

  1. Resolve your copyright or community guidelines issues.
  2. Deleting videos will not resolve community guideline or copyright issues.

What if you can't resolve your copyright or community guidelines issues?

If you can't resolve your existing copyright or community guidelines issues, we may reinstate monetization on your account after 3 months if you meet the following criteria:

  1. Your account is in good standing.
  2. You didn't have any new copyright or community guidelines issues within the past 3 months.
  3. You use your account in compliance with our policies, for example by uploading content that you have the right to monetize.

Please login as x and visit your
Features page and Copyright Notices page for details on videos that might have led to monetization suspension. You can also refer to our Copyright Center and Policy and Safety Hub for general tips on how to manage your content on YouTube. Note that abuse of the system may result in permanent termination of your account.

I had 1 copyright takedown, which is one strike.
But maybe this was because I had unsuccessfully monetized 6 videos on this particular channel, this was last month, but this message I received yesterday.

Could this be the criteria for 3 month disabled monetization ?
Is this manual or automatic message ?
is this gonna influence ad_sense payment ?

They are going after youtube users like crazy... There was nothing like this before, when monetization is disabled after 1 strike. Or maybe that's only for new channels (not older than 6 months). Yeah and I checked google, this has started recently, all posts on google forum are from December 2015, Jan, Feb of 2016.

And in /features page I see
"Monetization on this account has been disabled due to community guidelines strikes and/or copyright issues, including videos that have been deleted. Learn more"

Is account the whole account which includes other sub-channels (google account) ? Or by Account they mean this particular channel ?
"Videos with Community Guidelines strikes, copyright strikes, worldwide Content ID blocks, and videos with visuals matching third-party content may contribute to monetization suspension on all your related accounts."

Does anybody know how it contributes ? Do youtube count these things on all accounts and their sub-channels ? Is there some kind of limit, how many third party content claims can you have or how many times can your video be blocked worldwide ? CaseyNeistat is an example of 3rd party content claims, lots of his videos are claimed, because he has used copyrighted music in his videos, but he is still OK.

I've seen many of these automated messages, I received them on old account and on new one.. But on old one after those multiple unsuccessful monetization tries they didn't disable monetization, it just asked for commercial rights proof for every video. But now it works just like it says in this message... Or maybe it's only for new channels ? My old one was 1 or 2 years old.

We have not been able to confirm your commercial use rights to all the elements of your video.
We may consider your video(s) for further review provided you verify that you are authorized to commercially use all of the elements of your content. This includes all video, images, music, video game footage, and any other audio or visual elements. Learn more
Please note that YouTube reserves the right to make the final decision whether to monetize a video, and we may disable monetization for partners who repeatedly submit ineligible videos. All videos are subject to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and may be removed from the site if they do not meet those standards.
Please submit your additional information below:...
Remember that a variety of factors, such as video performance, may affect review time. We may not be able to process every submission, but we continually monitor these factors and prioritize accordingly.

Youre doomed . Start a new channel. What kind of videos do you upload?

You can make a lot more selling products/services via youtube, and then you have more control over the monitization.

I have other channels. But this one had few hundred subscribers and 2-4 k daily views.. and ~$30 daily earnings

anything you can sell via the description area and annotations on the videos? With that many views you may be able to sell something yourself and get some of those earnings back without depending on youtube for it.

Youtube suspend accounts for this, reason: commercially deceptive content and spam, misleading description, etc....

... This is something new, if you have 1 strike your account can't be suspended now.. There is no 3 strike rule ?

Monetization Suspensions to Affiliate Channels Update
Dear Partner,
We wanted to let you now that YouTube is making further adjustments to the monetization suspension logic. As a result of these adjustments, we have noticed an uptick in the number of monetization suspensions. Making long story short, YouTube has started applying one and the same logic of suspension to MCNs and on-line partners. For instance, if you have one copyright strike only your channel may be suspended according to the new rules. Please note additionally that there will no longer be a "warning period" before monetization is suspended and monetization is suspended for 3 months, not for 6 months.
We understand that you may have questions. Please let us point you to the relevant Help Center article {{https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1727191}} for resources. There are also articles on what kind of content is eligible for monetization {{https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2490020}} as well as the YouTube Partner Program guidelines {{https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1311392}} which might be useful for you.
In order to have monetization reinstated, you will need to resolve the underlying copyright or TOU issues. Channels that cannot resolve the underlying copyright or TOU issues may be considered for monetization reinstatement after 3 months if they meet the following criteria:
The account is in good standing.
The account didn't have any new copyright or community guidelines issues within the past 3 months.
The account is used in compliance with the YouTube policies.
Lastly, if you have any specific concerns regarding a channel, feel free to escalate those through our regular support window.

I had my account suspended last week but it doesn't matter because I'll just keep coming back knowing it will happen again eventually but trying not to let it happen.

Obviously if you stick to making money through adsense you are bound to get kicked in the balls by Google.

Youtube is just another massive way to get people to know your business, work on that, grow your business and you can safely make money. Don't rely on stuff you have little to no control on, buddy!

right, exactly what I was trying to say

Yes. Adsense sucks anyways. You need millions of real views just not make good money. But I guess for a starter even adsense money is a start.

right, better to find a niche market with a product to sell. Fewer searches, but also smaller competition and higher conversions.

you sound like a quitter to me. move onto another method.

Received another strike on another channel. But on the same account...

Is DMCA takedown now the only possible way to remove videos ? I remember back in the old days they blocked them worldwide or claimed copyrights...

Does anyone know what happens with the next months adsense payment ?
