Hello, I cannot with certainty say whether or not our proxies with the geolcation in Madrid will work on Instagram as I haven't tried. You can try them out yourself and if they don't work we will just issue you a refund.

From what I understand our customer support employee issued you a refund when you indicated you did not know how to get the proxies to work.

In nearly all cases you will be eligible for a refund in the event that we cannot find proxies that work for your purpose. However, it rarely happens that we don't have a subnet that works for your purpose.
 
Hey I need to buy right now and setup within 1-2 hours, are you available to help if problems come up? Or should I just use "Support" tab on website for quickest response.
 
Bought 10 proxies and have sent 2 emails... I need help asap please...

The best way is to create a ticket via the support tab on our website.

We do not provide live support so an instant response is not to be expected.

Hello, after the purchase you are presented with the option to select your own subnets. Contact our support department to get advice on which subnets to pick for your specific purpose.
 
What happened to the payment system? It seems to say "This recipient is currently unable to receive money." :o

Paypal had suspected that someone gained unauthorized access to our account and temporarily suspended it. Full access has been restored by now though. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I bought 50 proxies but wrote the wrong e-mail when purchasing. where can I change it?
 
I still can login to your site,But it seems that there is no members section where I can change personal details.
 
Are the proxy networks residential or data center?
