The high PR links are rented on a monthly basis and stay live as long as your subscription is active. The optional buffers, on the other hand, are permanent and remain under your control even if you stop your subscription.

Using this service for ~5 months now. Been using them with buffer sites, but switched to direct backlinks. Main keyword on competitive niche ranks #15 now. Switching to new keywords now, will update you after sometime to see how well it goes for the new ones. Overall I'm happy with this.

That is certainly possible with such a package. However, you will also need to diversify the links and anchors profiles with some additional link types for best results. Furthermore, you would need to send enough social signals to the video itself (views, comments, shares, etc.).
