Want to start a company-Need some solid advice

Hello fellow members.
I need some help. I'm 19, currently doing web development ( WordPress) projects on Fiverr. I make around $500-700/month.
Its been 2 months now and I want to upscale it by launching my own web development company. Wan't to make it Bigger and on a Larger scale. Can someone please advise me regarding the costs and initial investment? Any kind of feedback would be very much appreciated.

1. Use your skills and build yourself a pretty site.
2. Ask your current clients to refer you to new people/people who may need the same work done.
3. Try taking on clients where you build up a long term relationship.
4. Save some money,hire VAs and start diving work among them. When things are running smooth,you'll only find yourself mostly managing it.
5. Create a brand out of it this way and keep scaling it up.

Gone are the days when a business needed a very large initial investment.

A web development company can be cheap to set up. Just build a site for your own so you can build a brand, minimum cost, but I guess you know that.

Get an accountants/legal advice on what sort of company form you should have with your business. You work alone? Hire people? Freelancers? Interns? All this can affect how you set up your company. Your local chamber of commerce is a good source as well and can give you information on the costs of registration. Check with your preferred bank for their fees.

In Europe I would budget €1.000 for all your fees and have some budget for an accountant to help you at the end of the year to do your taxes as well. I would guess $1.000 is a safe amount for the US. Get an accountant who is willing to explain everything to you rather than just fill in your forms. A small one man accounting firm can be a lot better for you than some massive accounting firm where every minute is billed.
