I am more interested in knowing about your tarffic empire what actually you mean by this, if you are sending that much of traffic you even dont need to get any certifixation from.Alexa you rank will improve by default.

That statement isn't really technically true. Alexa can only count the traffic if they can see it. They can only see un-certified traffic if that user has an Alexa toolbar installed. With certification, Alexa can see everything instead of 5% of the traffic they can see normally.

For the rest of this month I will be focusing on how low I can get in the United States, which right now I'm sitting at 15,108. I'm pretty sure I can get that down to the top 1k.

Once you register an Alexa account for your domain, you have all sorts of competitive analysis tools inside the control panel.

No, actually I don't agree with you. In order to get good advertising contracts, Alexa needs to be taken care of first as thats what ad companies look at first.
