Haha I guess Eurphoix isn't the only one full of shit.
You know people do you? Who are doing better with less listings? Well I'm sure every word these people say to you is pure truth when coming out of their mouths. As I have said previously in this thread (look at page 12), I was making 80-100 sales regularly (this was when I first started this month), but then they have steadily decreased to 23 sales. It wasn't 23 sales a day for the entire month, that's the lowest it got down to. Doesn't mean I'm doing shit wrong, it just means with my 14,000 active listings up, and the fact that I can only display 6,700 due to my limits. When people buy the popular items, they go out of stock, and my repricer puts what ever item it is processing at the time back in stock (an item which may have not proven it's popularity yet, and may not sell well). And when they don't sell, my repricer can't put other (popular items) back in stock (because of the limits). So I currently see the limitation problem as one of the major factors at the moment, but that doesn't mean I'm doing anything 'seriously' wrong, because as long as I sell enough to keep raising my limits, I'm progressing.
Also unlike the people you know, who probably only tell you when things are going well (one side of their business). I like to tell people on here the other side as well, when things are going worse. So people can see an unbiased bigger picture from which they can learn from. They can see that in my experience, it's and up and down progression, rather than just a good feely fairy tail that there's only one way to do things, and that if you're not making decent money or sales right now, then you're doing it 'seriously' wrong. Because I could have left my post a few pages back and not posted anything about my worsening sales, so people would have got the impression/illusion from me, that I was still making 80-100 sales every day up until now, no matter what. But instead, I actually like to give people a bigger picture of things to see, so they have hope that if their sales or profit are low right now, as long as they keep progressing slowly and smartly, they can get to a plausible liveable income. I can't remember my exact progression, but I did write a bit of it down on this thread. I think it was (around 4 months ago) I was making 10 to 20 sales a day (which was a downer, because it wasn't liveable), then it shot up quite quickly at another point (after limit raises) where I was making just as much money as in my previous job when I was working at theme park 10am-5pm (around 50-60 a day), to nearly double that this month (80-100 a day). This gives people hope, that if you've got low sales or profit now, if you keep pushing the business and your limits, you will start to get a snowball effect, and may soon start getting sales and income of a minimum wage job, but instead you work a few hours a day in something you enjoy, rather than 9 hours a day in something you hate.
Here's another bigger picture for people. I've sold 711 from January 1st to 16th. That averages out at 44.4 sales a day over 16 days. And that doesn't include the few days where the shop had been shut down, or I hadn't got all my listing up yet. But because I can't remember those days, I will say it was 16 days at 44.4 sales a day. Which still isn't bad.
The only common sense thing you said, was sales are lower in Janurary (because it's after Christmas).
See this is where I saw right through your bullshit immediately, and where every other people should have. First you guarantee, you make a guarantee to everyone that people with 40-100k of listings are making close to 1000 sales a day. That's a pretty strong conviction you have don't you think. But then immediately after this sentence, you go back on this guarantee, and say, and if they're not, they're making at least sales in the low hundreds. So first you're telling people you guarantee they're making 1000-900 sales a day, then you immediately turn back on your own word and say, or at least 100-200 sales a day. In other words you have no idea. So stop stating things like you know them as fact, when you've only got your own opinion, and things people you know have told you. Where's your experience exactly when doing this method?
Another thing that makes no sense. You berate the OP of this thread, stating the bleeding obvious, that why would someone who makes thousands doing this method sell it for $50. And yet you still bought the course anyway.
I've never given credence to anything the OP of this thread says or does. It was pretty obvious to me he was a con man.
While people wait on the perfect course to solve all of their problems, to learn everything they need about this method (which doesn't exist); and con men selling them this dream. The people who are actually making money and progressing using this method, are the ones who are taking action and learning new things everyday (I've mentioned it before, you need passion, because new problems come up all the time, and you will learn way more than anything that is available to read at the moment, by taking action). I'm pretty sure I could make a course 100 times better than the OP, with all the tips and tricks I've learnt so far, and all the software I've thought of and had made. But in the end, I don't see this as beneficial to me, to tell everyone all my tips and tricks, or give away my software, because that only increases my competition. I'll help people here and there, and share some golden nuggets, insights, and my progress. But I'm not going give everything to people on a plate, neither does anyone else on here who's having success and has a brain.
People can believe the abundance/new age/hippy mentality if they like. I take a more realistic approach based in history and science. Markets get saturated. You're either in it at the start, where you make a lot of money. Or your in it late in the game (like we are), but you do it better than everyone else to make money. But if you're relying on other peoples courses or software to make it. You're going to fail, or at least not succeed in a way that you hope.
I want to end with a very simple thing I see in people. People need to take responsibility for everything. To succeed in this, you need to stop looking on how you think the world is supposed to work, and look at how the world actually does work. Stop being naive, question everything, and don't take things at face value. Become more capitalist and less socialist. Look behind the veil. You know the saying "life isn't fair", well it's 100% true, so what are you going to do about it? You have to be able to face the truth, because most people can't handle the truth and would rather ignore it. They think ignorance is bliss, but ignorance will get you inline with everyone else. You can blame courses, people, eBay, Amazon, PayPal, luck, the government, among other things for your lack of success. Some blame might be rightly justified, maybe even most of it (as the world becomes more of a place where everyone is trying to screw everyone else out of every last penny). But whether something is screwing you over or not, the question you need to ask yourself, is how are you going to adapt and survive? Because most people give up when things get hard or don't go to plan. You have to learn to roll with the punches. There are times where my heart sinks, I get angry or upset, and want to give up (for example Amazon banning prime accounts, or changing their minimum orders to 20 an address). But what I keep saying to myself is "adapt and survive, adapt and survive", because that's exactly what I need to do. Because if I just continue to stay angry and upset at Amazon (or anything else), and protest and complain about how unfair they are, and let this anger and upset stop me from seeking a new solution, then I will end up losing in the end and be like everyone else. I'm just saying you can argue all day about right and wrong. But in the end, the simple truth about all of this, and nearly everything else which is achievable in life, is you need to do what needs to be done.
Holy wall of text Batman...
Yes, I stand by what I said. I'll even repeat it, it sounds like your doing something seriously wrong.
I don't care what anybody says, this is a numbers game. At 6700 listings, you should be getting more than 23 sales.
Just because that's been your experience, doesn't mean that everybody else is experiencing the same.
And I do hear the negatives of this business often thank you very much. You can make a very comfortable living doing this, did I ever say your going to be an instant millionaire overnight? No of course not, that's stupid.
I bought his course because I thought I could learn something new, is that a crime?
