Yes, you can refresh your proxies once per billing cycle.

You need to use a valid IPv4 address (eg. 192.168.0.1).

Hello i have bought your service 5 days ago"30 Europen proxies". After 2 days you left me with 18 Hanau location proxies. I had only registered Tumbler accounts. Now 3rd day i can not do anything with these 18 Hanau proxies. Are you serious?

First order was good.. Got proxies automatically after purchased. Proxies works well. I love it.
Second order... 6 hours after payment untill now.. Service/product still in pending status.
Submitted tickets and skype doesn't make any changes.
No reply, no response.

They weren't down only changed. We had to change a server at the last minute. This should've already been resolved for you but if not please open a ticket and we will fix it immediately. We also compensate you for any days lost.

, im willing to buy now but had a quick question for you. I need about 4 to 5 private proxies a month and need them changed every month to different ip's. Would this be ok with you ?Please let me know as soon as you can. Oh i should mention i need USA , if possible Los Angeles, CA ips.
