How can I determine competitions facebook like quality?

Is there a way to take a facebook page and find out what kind of quality followers a page has? As in tell if they are bought vs actual followers?

Simple: how many people react to posts. If they have like 10,000 likes, and each post only gets a few likes, they probably have bad/bought likes. A lot of reactions: the likes are probably real AND interested in what they're saying.

its not always like that. you cant actually find the differences between bought and legit likes.
