Hello all,

I have been searching the forums and can't seem to get a straight answer to this. I want to upload photos manually and possibly through FL in the future. People have discussed using Instagram in general and usually the conversation goes over using different wifi sources, not data. So here's my question.

Could I have FL running all day and upload from my phone while I'm out and about using my data and not another wifi source? Is this safe? I know that the FL uploader is buggy so I wanted to keep my account consistent. Thoughts on this?

Thank you!

just to keep it safe i would upload from the same ip while fl is running

if you are 'scared' doing this what you can do is use a proxy with FL and use the same one on your phone. IG will notify that both devices will be from the same IP. though i haven't got any trouble (yet) with new and aged accounts. i also do my uploads manual. reason: high quality content i select myself (sometimes it has to do with a new hype/viral posts).

Looking into doing this. Will it flag anything if I just put my accounts on a proxy after running them from my house? Do I need to make sure they are within the same country or something of the sort?

Yep, should work fine, use a proxy somewhat close to you in location.
And IG will just think you're moving around the city or something.

When buying a proxy do you pick where you want it to be located, or just make a suggestion in location?

These guys are surely "know" what they are saying.

Instagram client deliberately ignores proxy settings for some connections. So with proxy or not, they will know your real IP anyway.
I botted and at the same time used the same account from two different countries repeatedly. I didn't get any bans or warnings.
("My daughter used my account from my second phone." - This is the explanation and they cannot ban you for that.)
This is also the reason why you can use many accounts from the same IP without getting banned. (If you do everything right, of course.)

So should I just run my accounts, not use any proxies and upload from wherever? In the long run would it just be easier to upload and do everything through FL? Seems like using your own device is difficult. I don't get how people even edit their account if you always need to be using proxies.

Guys just have a proxy assigned to each account and their software makes the "switching job" automatically.
What to use is up to you. On the long rung you behavioural pattern will define if you get banned or not.
