Quality isn't just measured in terms of grammar and sentence construction. Those are assumed. You need to go beyond that. You need FLOW, too.

Aside from BHW forum, if you want access to hundreds of content writers, try freelancer or upwork. I've used both, with mixed success. I've found that you will literally have to try out writers, regardless of how their profile or reviews look. I've been surprised by quality almost every time, be it better or worse than anticipated. Expect to pay at least $5/500 words if you want it to pass as native english
