Yes, if you use vps, you can run bots 24/7 without having to run in on your actual computer.
15 accounts should be safe enough to run on cheap $10-$15/month vps without problems.

Total cost should be maybe ~$60-$70

I was mainly thinking for the mentions service, although I am not sure if I will utilise this.

Ok, that's good to know! In that case, I may run more accounts!

How about the accounts themselves, is it safer to create my own PVAs by buying Sim cards, or fine to use a supplier?

Buying and creating is much safer, but once you start doing 100+, it's too time consuming, I just buy mine and never had any problems.

Ok, I think I will start off creating my own accounts.

One more thing, I have just noticed that Mass Planner only lets you run 4 accounts on each Social Media network, which obviously isn't enough.

May I ask what bot/service you use?

I have FollowLiker on my own computer, but I cannot run it 24/7 and I want something that I can run on a VPS.
