yes you can use them for twitter without problems. for ig proxies we guarantee 100% virgin and unused proxies on instagram. On regular proxies ig is blocked by default.

your order was refunded immediately after payment because there was billing problems. in the below screenshots you will notice that we have a very BIG message saying that we don't accept payments form UNVERIFIED paypal accounts and your PayPal account is UNVERIFIED.
