Probably there are slow sometimes, but the main reason for this is because you are using USA proxies and you are located in Europe (peering).
Yes, we do accept GSA without problems, but you will have to disable any forum related features from it in order to avoid getting abuse notifications.

your order was not processed immediately after payment because there was billing problems, refunds are processed by another department and your order was flagged for a refund personally by me because of the billing problems. in this screenshots you will notice that we have a very BIG message saying that we don't accept payments form unverified paypal accounts and your PayPal account is UNVERIFIED.
We take FRAUDULENT ORDERS very seriously, i dont say that you have committed fraud , i just say that we have a clear policy that needs to be respected. The refund reason is very simple UNVERIFIED PayPal account and different billing details.

For a SPP-10 package of proxies we allocate around 2-4 cities with 4-5 subnets/prefixes

Your support is a joke. I clearly said, that I am OK, but Adrian refunded anyways and did not answer my questions.
If you refunded instantly and clarified I would order again, but I don't get it why do you have such attitude to customers. If my answer was vague they could just ask.

First of all please edit your post and remove our email address from it so we can avoid getting spam emails.
Second you didn't answered to my question if you would like the order to be activated as it is, even if i have explained you perfectly in my reply that regular proxies will work without problems on facebook and twitter but they will NOT work on Instagram. Also you can deduct perfectly from what I've wrote in my reply that IG proxies will work perfectly for facebook and twitter.

We have used your proxies for half a year on Linkedin without any problem. But today all our access to Linkedin were denied across all of our proxies.
When we placed our order we specifically wrote that the proxies were to be used for Linkedin and you approved our purchase.
We have paid for a full year of subscription and there are still 11 months left! Now we are denied access to the only website we purchased your proxies for.
Please fix it and grant our access to Linkedin back!
