Just received my review order. He delivers what he says. I wouldn't go again though. As the OBL on the pages he linked me from are 100+. It's also not contextual nor niche related. The PA on the pages were 1. I wouldn't call these high quality, but they are from the PR that he said.

I got a free review copy from OP.

Comments look very unnatural, link is placed in no contextual sense on blog articles which are full of spam.
One of the comments probably got deleted / was never posted or there is a wrong url in the report.
Moz did not index any of those backlinks (after around 3 days)
Report was delivered & is fine.

Here are the metrics from two random sites the comments were posted on:
PR: 3(Domain 4), PA: 18, DA: 52
PR: 3(Domain 6), PA: 18, DA: 42

The review copy wasn't too great, but five comments are probably not enough to review this kind of service. Might work for others though, try youself.
