How can I verify my Paypal? (details)

So I from Hungary and I already verified my Paypal with my mastercard, but I exceeded the 700k HUF receiving limit, so Paypal wants me to upload my documents and proof of address. However, I'm only 18yr old and I'm still living with my parents, so I don't have a "gas bill, electricity bill" etc under my own name. So what should I do? I have a pretty good income from PPI but I simply can't withdraw my money just because Paypal s*cks.

If you can create a Stealth account Or Even a Second account you can use that to withdrawl money each month as well. I am not sure how paypal is with verifying accounts in hungary but you may be able to add a bank account and that will be a verification process as well.

Go to Paypal Hungary and find the customer care number, give a phone call and explain your situation as you described here. I am sure they will give you a solution.

Do you have any online bills that are sent to you in .pdf format? I verified my Paypal account long time ago by printing the .pdf out and scanning it back in to make it look like it was a real bill sent via mail. I figured it's not really scamming, I used my legit info.

Why don't you transfer your mobile phone number on your name, that way the bill will with your name on it, and you can try verifying the account with that bill. Also, contact paypal and see if that bill is going to be enough to verify your account. Maybe you can talk with your parents and open a account using their name, that way you can provide paypal with all the thing they need and it won't be illegal because they are your parents )))

With simple real documents you can get it verified for long run, if you use fake it's just temporary account for you to use.

You have to change your Paypal account with the name of your parents.I think all other ways will be affected temporarily.

That would be the best solution. No need to start buying fake documents.

Either send a bill from your parents with a paper from them saying you reside at their address, or send a bank statement with your home address. Both solution usually work.
