Small update after few days of use
(I rarely post any reviews, but I give credit where credit is due. I was not even asked to post this)

I have been using my VA for about 3 days now, and I must say the service is decent. I hired a writer, and so far I have been using it for writing, but I also plan on giving my VA more different tasks. I still haven't checked all articles, but what I have checked so far seems like a really good work for the price.

Support is still very good, responsive, and acting really professionally. The VA don't need much of my attention, so far I have been giving instructions to the supervisor (Roshan I guess?) who then makes sure my VA gets the idea of the job, and then they proceed further.

What I don't like about the service: If I went to hire somebody without an agency, I would have more control, like having my VA constantly on skype and getting him to deliver the work directly, instead of waiting for the supervisor to do it. I haven't requested that though, and I think it could be done. They also have some strange rules for not allowing the VAs to download files, so if I have to send some files I have to send it to Roshan first, which is OK from security point of view I believe.

Overall very good experience, and Im looking to hire more soon.

CPAKing11 provides a great virtual assistant service. I had some special requests which he was happy to do for me, great, dependable service.

Bought a logo and web design package for a new website of mine.

He was VERY quick in his response time and in creating the designs.

The logo was very good, exactly what we asked for. However when he delivered the website design I decided that we weren't the best fit when it came to that. (It was okay, it just didn't match what we needed)

I asked for a refund for the website design and he sent it to me. Very good customer service!

Work delivered as outlined in spec, will use again.

I am impressed with the work done by the team. Assigned a simple task which a lot of previous contractors couldn't accomplish. I am not sure if I should recommend them or not as I want to keep them for myself.

I have been using this VA service for three months for writing and for web development. I will never use Freelancer again for these types of work. These VA's and working with RB has been a god-send as I ended up firing a developer who was doing sh*t work any way, and these guys came in and blow us all away with the site they designed. The SEO writing was very clear and needed little if any modifying for US-readers.

I highly recommend this service and am continuing to use them.

The first month with my VA went really well. I'm impressed with how my VA just gets on with any task given. Some of my tasks are complex and I write detailed descriptions with screenshots, if my VA isn't sure what I mean she'll ask right away via Skype. On the whole I'm giving instructions like 'find me 90 high quality articles about _________, and put all the articles in a spreadsheet with the titles in one column and the links in the other. Then BOOM, I get a spreadsheet full of links to great articles. Great!

Part time SEO VA works 4 hours a day 5 days a week for $300 a month.
Full time SEO VA works 8 hours a day 5 days a week for $500 a month.​

2.) Graphic Designers: - Expert in photoshop, illustrator, after effects, 3d designing and CorelDraw and can create banners, logos, brochures, cd covers etc. Samples are available on request.

Part time Graphic designer VA works 4 hours a day and 5 days a week for $400 a month.
Full time graphic designer VA works 8 hours a day and 5 days a week for $650 a month.​

3.) Content writers: - Writers are proficient in both writing and reading skills. They are able to produce well researched 100% unique content and can also spin the content using tools for your SEO needs.

Part time Writer works for 4 hours a day and 5 days a week for $450 a month.
(Part time writer can write upto 1500 quality 100% unique words in a day i.e 30k words in a month)


Full time writer works 8 hours a day and 5 days a week for $750 a month.
(Full time writer can write upto 2500 quality 100% unique words In a day i.e 50k words in a month)​

4.) Programmers: - Have good knowledge of c, C++, V.B, Java, HTML, CSS, Ajax, Jquery script, VB script, ASP, PHP.
