Can you SEO VAs do custom work?

I'd like to add them to our collaboration tool and assign them tasks like:
- order 20 articles at textbroker.com, once articles are done:
- create 3 PDF documents and upload them to...
- submit 2 articles as press release here...
- upload remaining 15 articles to the following 5 web 2.0's
- scrape 200 public license images from Google image search using the Scrapebox addon
- create 5 videos with Anitmoto
- upload each video to....
- etc

Also, the web 2.0's would be in another language. Can they work around that by using Google translate or getting used to the translations (after all there's usually always the same 10 or so text fields for title, article, tags, category etc)

If they can handle that and deliver quality, I'd be interested in long-term.
