So I am interested and might go for the trial but first
- How is the quality of the articles? Can you send some real samples that were not just written to be a sample?
- How are the VAs monitored to be sure they spend the full4/8 hrs on my project productively? II know odesk has screenshots, keyboard monitoring etc. do you have sth similar?
- What can I assign to the SEO VAs? Are they capable of running GSA etc. by themselves or do I need to give the full fledged instructions?
- App developer: Giving them a outline of what I need done , do they have enough experience in producing apps to go with it? Basically what do you feel I can get done with a full time VA here, more than the various services out there and not just a simple flappy bird clone in a month? Can I be assured they won't just take my idea and resell it or launch it themselves? Do you have NDAs in place?

Small update after few days of use
(I rarely post any reviews, but I give credit where credit is due. I was not even asked to post this)

I have been using my VA for about 3 days now, and I must say the service is decent. I hired a writer, and so far I have been using it for writing, but I also plan on giving my VA more different tasks. I still haven't checked all articles, but what I have checked so far seems like a really good work for the price.

Support is still very good, responsive, and acting really professionally. The VA don't need much of my attention, so far I have been giving instructions to the supervisor (Roshan I guess?) who then makes sure my VA gets the idea of the job, and then they proceed further.

What I don't like about the service: If I went to hire somebody without an agency, I would have more control, like having my VA constantly on skype and getting him to deliver the work directly, instead of waiting for the supervisor to do it. I haven't requested that though, and I think it could be done. They also have some strange rules for not allowing the VAs to download files, so if I have to send some files I have to send it to Roshan first, which is OK from security point of view I believe.

Overall very good experience, and Im looking to hire more soon.

I can understand that sometimes it can be frustrated for clients not to be in touch with VA's all the time and also as we don't give them right to directly download files on their system but trust me, we have made these changes from our past experience. We want to make sure that our clients get maximum output for their money and time.

And as we discussed over the skype, we can always make some changes in our policies to make them best fit for our client's requirements.
