A newbie here. The past three years, I have been directed to BHW from google. Never really took the chance to read through the threads until two months ago. Regretted being so late and not taking action.

First method that attracted me was BTB's as as it is easy and cheap set up accounts in where I live. Currently have over 100 of them. No niche in particular but one demographic. Two websites with CB affiliate links everywhere on some articles. The first week of posting manually, I had 3 sales.
I was excited that I added more groups in some accounts. Averaging 1 sale a week due to the fact that I got lazy posting to over a hundred of groups everyday. I have a regular job and less time to focus on this.

The good news is Indianbill007 is giving me a license of Fdominator and will surely increase my reach.

What's the keywords when you try to add into groups? using USA City as keyword?

I use all keywords I can think of. Football, girls, happy etc etc.

I choose the to join a group with high engagement though.

Although I do not really spam the groups with 3 posts a day. I post only once a day. The posts are links to my articles not related to my CB offers though. So my accounts seem to be safe as their are no report. No bans yet for nearly two months.

My offers are on "related articles" or ads.

I have over 100 accounts with about 10 to 20 groups each. Looking to add more groups but as I said with over 100 and manual is so time consuming.
I am about to start using Facedominator though and will update result.

First 3 sales was about $40.
It's not everyday that I post but when I do, I use 10 accounts with over 100 groups together. I get about 700 unique visitors. Sometimes I do not get sales but sometimes I do. When I hit over 1000 visits, I usually get a sale.

That is why automation is the key for consistency. However, spam nicely. A great example post I made was about the Paris attack, it was relevant to the time although not to particularly relevant to the group but no one minded getting news about the Paris attack.

When the readers get to my article, very eye catching titles of relevant articles are shown.

May I also get an answer please?

Update:

Got the Facedominator from Indianbill007. Have not posted any money generating post yet but have been testing the software.

Also setting the groups, pages and accounts. Facedominator does not really automatically fetch these when logging in an account but you have to do it manually. Which is actually a bit of a pain but I suppose the manual work makes my accounts safer and less prone to getting banned.

Update:

Still not posting to groups.

Work done:
- Set up "liked pages" of each account.
- Scraped groups. Dividing groups scraped to accounts.
* It's quite funny how FB is trying to limit accounts in scraping groups. Some accounts I have, only show few results when searching for a certain keyword for groups but when other accounts are used, hundreds are shown.

I am just taking everything slowly but will do something before Christmas.
