I used this proxy service for about 3 months for rank checking and it wasn't too bad. Fairly slow but I didn't need speed. The problem came when I attempted to terminate/cancel the service. They are still charging me even after I've cancelled the service.

First of all you dont know what are you talking about. When you have first purchased the proxies from us you have create a paypal recurring agreement, month after month if you do not cancel that recurring agreement your paypal account will be debited. In any of the cased no money is lost, if is an overpayment, like in your case, the founds are added as credit into your account and you can use that credit to purchase our services or more then simple just open a ticket on our billing department, explain your situation and ask for a refund.

clear(remove all items) your cart and add the package of proxy on the cart again
