Can you please let me know whether your support system is working? - I understand that chat is busy and may not be readily available at times .However I have not received replies for recent support tickets for several hours and unfortunately these have occurred at critical times for me.

An update -
It was a mis-understanding that caused me to get worried. My query had been escalated to higher tier technical support for a resolution and hence it took more time than usual. Needless to say - subnet, data center routing and latencies, google DNS etc all went over my head for the most part.

Long story short - the problem has been resolved and I am a happy camper

These guys are SO GOOD! It makes me upset that i have not used them longer. I am actually in LOVE!

I've been with host-stage for over 2 years going into my third year. I will NEVER EVER EVER look elsewhere.

Reliable service, i would comfortably say 99.9% uptime. Even when there is downtime, it doesn't last more than 1-4 minutes.

Regarding the requirement, you can use a level 3 as entry level which is perfectly fine for you to run your tool with great performances, it comes with a fair amount of RAM so it would be flawless.

1.Can you explain me about 10gbps port speed? How much fast is that? Example download 1gb take how many minutes?

2.1gbps ummetered Can you explain me more about this? how much TB can I download per month?(Only 1 TB????)Please explain me a bit here since I want to download ton of Gb and need to know the limit.
