This is my honest review, at first the service was great, I opted for the slow mixed views options and for the first few orders everything was flawless. However recently I can't lie, the service has been a nightmare, there website says they usually respond within 24 hours, you would be lucky if your hear back in 3 days. My last order was the same slow mixed views with drip feed but the views came in burts, I got 1500 within 1 min and the same trend has continued. I emailed the support and all I got was I will take this up with my supplier, and haven't heard back since. Unfortunately I still have 65$ worth of credit left on the website which I'm not sure what do with at tbis point given the quality of the service. I really do hope they turn things around.

We have had some issues with the ticketing system and I am trying to get it so that responses are all within 24hours. Going forward, there won't be any of these issues.

It would help if you provided order numbers as we have made more massive changes and improvements.

This market is extremely volatile and so we are constantly making improvements.
