Received report on my project in a timely manner. The report was complete and substantially as described in the original sales post of this thread. I bought for link diversity using mostly naked url or branding and that is the best use for this service. Although the metrics look nice on the actual page for blog comments I was not expecting any link juice. After manually reviewing a good sample set out of the total links it as I expected from this service based upon the OBL. Do not expect more from it than what it is and you will not be disappointed.
