[Question] Security Measures to Outsource a Fiverr Account?

Hi!

I have a Fiverr account providing me $4k-$5k monthly.
I outsource all the work, but I still need to invest 4-6 hours daily (7 days/week) to respond messages, answer questions, receive/deliver finished work, receive revision requests, deliver revisions.

I want to outsource Customer Care, Order Managing and Revision Managing, but there is 1 problem:

-If I withdraw my earnings from my Fiverr account every 3-5 days, sometimes the balance will be $500+ and the person handling the account can steal the balance, creating a different Fiverr account and using the balance to buy his own gigs (for example).

What security measures would you take to avoid being stolen? especially for the first 1-3 months before having a strong work relationship.

Withdraw your earning daily? After all it takes 0 time to withdraw money to paypal. So you can withdraw your daily (cleared by Fiverr) earnings there and then to a bank account.

How can they steal your funds? As I understand it Fiverr asks for confirmation by email if you try and withdraw money through PayPal or change your email address?

Seriously, I wouldn't outsource to anyone I'm not able to reach in person. With a baseball bat. Together with Vladimir and Boris. :bolt:
Maybe you can create kind of automisation to break down that working time.
I'd love to work for that amount 4-6 hours/day.
