Hi, in the same way that YouTube displays ads in multiple videos that people watch, yes, the plugin shows them the ads in each video that that watch. This may seem annoying to a percentage of your visitors but as it's a method already used by YT then it's more likely to be accepted than annoy people.

You can set the ads to not reappear for a longer period if you wish so the ads appear less often. While the ads will appear as soon as the video stars playing, if your videos are 3 minutes long, you can set the timer so the ad doesn't appear again in the video by setting the ad to reappear 4 minutes later.
