The TAT was super fast which is great.
I have ordered from this guy before also so I know that the service and quality is consistent.

all of the sites that OP posted to have great metrics as stated (See attachment for a summary of those metrics).

There was a range in OBL in my case - I checked 4 sites and in terms of other comments+links there were between 5-100 per URL.

I think this is a great service over all, it matches up well against other blog comment services offered here but also because of the much more comprehensive gurantee in metrics it could be a very powerful addition to your link building efforts.
