He says he has access to 600,000,000+ pages (when he made the thread Sape probably had not hit 700,000,000 pages yet, since it just breached it) and 700,000+ sites. The samples were indeed Sape links and pretty crappy for that matter.

Yes that's correct, the high PR links we sell are from SAPE (as they are with the largest sellers on BHW), however we are very careful and use strong filtering techniques to make sure all the links are PR2+ with a DA/PA and CF/TF of at least 10. We also make sure the pages where your links will be posted have low outbound links (less than 10) and are spam free. Also an an additional layer of protection we offer the web 2.0 buffering option, which will create a protective layer around your sites.
Also where we stand out from the competition is by giving a free add-on of permanent high PR blog posts on our private PR2-PR5 network. These are contextual links within unique articles posted on our PR sites. This gives more diversity and extra ranking power to each package. Again this is a free add-on, which others charge would charge $20-$100 for (depending on the package).
