The issue is that my site has no backlinks yet, the mail you sent me after completing the site said that the backlinks to the site were going to be dripfed, but still, the site has no backlinks after 18 days.

1. You can make anywhere from $5-$5000 per site per month.
2. You can get a domain for $5-$10 per year and hosting for $5 per month.
3 & 4. You don't have to do any work on the site to make the minimum from the sites, but to maximize their potential you should add content, do further backlinking, and generally provide value to the niche. With some work, you can make authority sites from them.

We definitely backlink the sites, but you may not see them on link checking sites right away. Some can take a few weeks, and some may not show at all. They don't always find all of the backlinks.
