Stumble upon and reddit is good
but I wonder how to fully utilise it. I do have some days high traffic from these two platform but not constant.

Is it I must also stumble other website too and put thumb up? more stumble I do , more return traffic I will have?

Thank you for Stumbleupon idea. I've written a bot that regulary upvotes my post in Reddit, and that thing works like magic. If the post is good, and you can boost 50-100 upvotes there is a great chance it will go to the frontpage. And being at top 1 can generate you something like 50 thousand views for 2 days.

Are there some other sites that use the same logic? (User can post his links and other users can upvote that?)

I have hard time getting traffic from reddit...I just post there that all.

I know about SU but I have never tried Reddit. So along with SU if you can have memers to upvote Reddit posts, then it'll be awesome

Reddit is great for real targeted traffic.. But mostly people on reddit either open a link in a new tab and close when they've read it or simply hit the back button.
