PPC. Try adwords/bing/facebook or any other networks that allow PPC in that niche. That is your only way.

Is this a joke ? Because it sounds like a joke.

No, this is not a joke. I'm trying to brainstorm some creative ways to get some potential leads on a small time budget. I'm not expecting thousands of visitors a day, just seeing the best way to spend the limited time I do have.

Thanks for the suggestions so far!

It is BS that you won't find high quality backlinks for free. I have been doing it and I am usually guest posting on personal finance blogs.

Yes you can. I have my very own author profile on investing.com, thestreet.com, stockdesk.com, wired.com, fool.com & seekingalpha.com .. So technically I don't pay for links from these sites

Where one lead is worth 200$+ in finance mortgage niches...An advice - look for something else...

Doesn't have time or budget, and wants to rank in finance/mortgage space. Sounds like a winning combination.

If you don't have the necessary time or budget to go after this niche don't do it.

Your much better off going after something you know you can rank then to go into something you cant handle right now.

Ok, I appreciate all the responses, including the sarcastic ones.

SEO seems like it could be a big waste of time, I'll target social media in the local area for now.

Thanks
