No such thing. Everyone's acc is different. Start with a mild setting and increase until you find what is good with your acc. This is the only way to really know.

So true. Not that people here don't want to help but same questions about FollowLiker are being asked almost every day.

I would start slowly with a mild settings then gradually increase them. Be careful with unfollowing though, a lot of people are being temporarily banned right now for too much unfollowing. With my account, I like 1,500 - 2,000 photos with 5-15 seconds delay.
