windows 7 Ultimate - anyway I have turned off the software as I do not want to run searches for other people.

I have used this for 2.5 day and only got 8 searches to my keywords while I should have been getting 125 a day
I sent a Pm about this

Our software works on crowdsource based model. Even your keywords are been searched by some other computer.

Regarding no of searches per day issue, We have found a bug in our system which make our system goes into a deadlock state and doesn't perform any search. It happens only with certain login ids. It is really a weird issue.

We are trying to debug it and soon will release a patch for the same. Give us some time.

Since I paid for my credits I assume I do not have to run searches for others and nowhere on your sales copy it says we are required to do so if we purchase.


I have not received the 125 searches a day- I should have received 375 searches by now in the last 3 days but I have received a dismal 8 searches ONLY.

I suggest you close sales if you have something here which does not work at the moment, it is unfair to me and others to buy something expecting it to work, which does not and you know does not work.

I need to know when it will be working and if you are compensating for the lost time where we got nothing?

Unfortunately this happens a lot lately here.. Providers that has threads are not providing services but keep collecting $$$ from great PR of having a thread here on BHW.
By now your system continues to rape my computer for searches for others (I wonder where do all of these searches go to, maybe your own SEO clients?)

My stats are similar, so i cancelled my subscription. I think the real problem is because on software - is very buggy and stop working all the time.

We were able to find out the bug and we were able to resolve it. We are performing testing today and tomorrow we will release the patch for the issue. After which you should be bale to receive searches.

As a compensation, we will be extending membership of all the users by 15 days.
