Without providing more information and details about your setup I really cant help since it could be anything from the plugin setup to browsing in incognito mode :) please open a ticket at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and someone will solve it for you within 24 hours.

When you purchase the plugin you get a license key and this can be used on a maximum number of site depending on the license you purchased (20 sites, 50 sites, 100 sites). If you purchased the 20 site license it means you can use that license key to activate the plugin on up to 20 different WP sites that you own.


If you are using the plugin on 20 different sites at the same time and chose to deactivate the plugin license from one of your sites you can then install it on another site that you own. You are free to move the license from site to site as often as you choose as long as you don't try to use it on the max number of sites, at the same time, that your license allows.

Does that make more sense?

Thank you. Our support team will assist you with that. What you can do to speed things up is to include your license key in the ticket (or update the ticket/thread with that info).

Support will always as you for your license key info so they can cross reference that key with the customers name and email address with that of the person who created the ticket. This way we make sure we only provide support to customers who have paid for the plugin.

If support need to access your WP install where the plugin is installed they will also ask you for those details so they can check everything over and run some tests and checks. This is the fastest way of resolving an issue and saves a lot of time if you provide support with that info in your original ticket.

1) can this just be used to like a website URL instead of a page

2) how much traffic does this typically generate say per 1000 likes, I know its hard to say but I've read user likes don't appear on news feeds now?

3) what percentage of visitors is it safe to jack?

Hi,
1)Yes it can like FB pages as well as any website URL
2) This totally depends on the traffic that you have coming to your site. It's such a variable that it's impossible to give a figure. Obviously if you have traffic that is coming to your site from FB then you'll have a very high Jacking rate.
3) To be honest this is a topic that's been covered so many times throughout this thread and it's not a quick answer to it. When I have answered this question previously on the thread I have gone in to much detail about what to take in to account and why etc. We also have a "good practice guide" that comes with the Jacker which covers this topic too.

About the mobile visitors, I just think it would be fair if you clearly said that mobile jacking is "partially working". As you (your staff?) said when answering my ticket, it works only on mobile browsers. But we all should know : mobile visitors that comes from FB to our website are browsing it from the iOS or Android app, and if it is the case, there's no possible jacking.

I guess that like many other buyers of the like jacker plugin, I was disapointed about this. Here is a solution I found : Separate the like jacking system :
For visitors from mobile app :
- Use a social locker plugin to lock the content when people browse from the mobile app, so when they like or share the content it unlocks.
For visitors from pc :
- Use of course the likejacking plugin.
Don't forget : If you are running FB ads, play it very safe, read the notice they provide, disable the plugin (or even delete it from the website) before asking FB to approve the ad campaign.
Playing it safe is better for all of us, likejackers. The more mistakes you make, the more FB will update its system to avoid clickjacking.
Clickjacking is not that easy as it was few years ago, so don't ruin what we still have the luck to use.

Why would we say something is ''partially working'' when its fully working and the jacker DOES work on mobile devices. We never hidden the fact that the plugin works only when the user comes from a browser(web or mobile) it has been mentioned probably more than a 100 times across the thread.Keep in mind that this is a black hat technique and its natural that it needs some certain conditions to work.
