and by unlimited Bandwidth is there a speed cap after few TB/GB usage?
I prefer metered BW(for true speed) than Unmetered BW,that's why I am asking

The 30% recurring isn't available any longer unfortunately since it was a review offer during the launch of the windows VPS. That being said the 2015 Windows VPS line has prices decreased by 30% .

The shared servers are all using 1 GBPS port speed. We don't consider the BW usage as a limit since your account has a dedicated CPU / RAM ressources pool which are more relevant.
If you intend to have really BW intensive usage on shared servers it wouldn't be suitable with a premium account but more a Linux VPS.
