...Absolutely unprofessional company. I ended up swapping to another company that is WAY cheaper, MUCH better service, and will NOT treat you like shit.
Do yourself a favor and look around the proxy forum for another service.
John. :top:
Hi John, thanks for your warning and we're sorry you feel this way. We have thousands of customers and we understand that is very difficult to please every single one of them, but 99.9% isn't bad. When you use proxies with any service you run the risk of getting banned no matter which provider you use. New IPv4 proxies are now almost non-existent so the bans for using proxies will only become more common. Our proxies are always given at random which may make them easier to detect but nothing is 100%.
The only way you can continually not get banned for using proxies with social media accounts is to constantly get new virgin proxies from the organizations who provide IPs, and as stated already this is nearly impossible now, especially in North America. We plan to roll out IPv6 proxies very soon to combat the banning of IPv4 proxies on social networks and similar websites.
I highly doubt our response was "unprofessional, angry, and rude". We must fill many support tickets a day and sometimes our responses can be short but this is only due to our time restrictions. The FAQ article that was linked to you probably answered your concerns or questions and that is why we created an FAQ so we don't have to answer questions that are the same over and over again.
I hope you have better luck with your new provider, cheers!
