popup when visitor leaves

What is the name for the popups that appear asking for your email address when you leave a site?

I want to add one to my own sites.

I always prefer "glue exit popup" to capture my outgoing users. It helps a a lot because it will tell you position of user when he left your page. It is unique and very handy. Try it and you will ignore free plugins.
