Unfortunately, we do not provide packages in smaller quantities than what is available on our site. So we cannot quote you prices for just 1 link. However, the packages available on our site are all fine to use on brand new sites with no prior link building. A lot of the reviews you see in this thread were from campaigns for brand new sites.

The $150 package comes with 150 Mixed High PR links as mentioned on our site. The $145 package is for 150 PR3 links. We strive for a DA/PA and TF/CF of 10+, but this of course can be significantly more for the higher PR links. As for 10 keywords, if they are of high competition, then we would advise going with a package of at least 450 to 600 Mixed High PR Links for best results. Sending you some samples now.

Positive movement in just 8 days is definitely a good sign. You should see stronger increases in the coming week or two as more of the links get indexed

This is a bug on PayPal's end which occurs daily around midnight (GMT). The bug lasts for only an hour so you should be able to complete your checkout at all other times of the day.
