All domains were used as PBN sites. I keep low outbound links. I generally don't go over 3-5 money/client sites per exp. domain. All links I keep permanent on the homepage. It keeps my network safe, secure, and powerful.

Yes, you can 301 redirect the site and it should provide some great link juice. I like using it as a PBN because I like using the site to link to other sites. Personally I believe that you get more value out of an expired domain that way.

Technically we don't do niche specific domains but, we can do our best to find something relevant.

When I build out my pbn, I use a link injection technique where I make any site work to relevantly link to other sites. For example, if I have a PBN site related to dogs I can talk about how my dog destroyed my furniture and how I visited (money site about furniture) to get ideas for furniture.

I could then use that same Dog site PBN and talk about how we do showers in the sink and how I found a new kitchen faucet after visiting (money site about faucets).

I do this for a lot of my own sites and client's sites and I am able to get great rankings this way.
