What do you think about creating a platform by which users can make live comments on youtube vids from the watch page and earn credits towards other services? The live comments make videos so much better (I would definitely buy them for my vids), and the credit system would incentivize people to use the feature. I have had some good experiences with some of my orders with you, but one order I had an issue with I had to open a support ticket for. That ticket is still unanswered after 6 days (#905), which seems a bit slow.

I also had to open up another ticket regarding another order, so I hope you can get back to me.

Apologies for this, however we are working on getting this all fixed and reducing our response times. We've just had an influx of clients (not complaining) and so it has caught us off guard a bit.

Must have been an electric outage or some weather disaster out of Rouall and CSA's control!! But they have internet back now so keep your orders coming! First Impression - I came across this thread yesterday and thought I'd give the service a try today. I was pleasantly surprised to find how well thought out their website and client panel was designed. You can basically create your own plans by putting money on your account and placing small orders to act as a drip.

Where are those bad ass absolute retention views? I see them only for France. Everything ok? Usually when Ruoll says they are coming back in a couple days.....HE means just that. I miss those damn things!
