I wonder if some of you still have serious success with that. I used to do something similar in 2k11, but my niche was funny pics/awful picture with quotes. It was very-very easy to get high amounts of traffic from facebook, especially facebook groups. After a month I had 800 UVs/day, the conversion was horrible. My monetization method was a smaller East-European ad network's ppc program, I didn't want to risk my adsense account with that site.

One thing I do not understand in your update is:
domain - subdomains - So one subdomain only serves 1 twitter account? and if the domain gets marked as spam, also all the subdomains are marked as spam?

Drnoxx 200 UV is basically in reality nothing in adult world, I'm geting from 200 to 600.
I would suggest to not use CR for now, first try with JA, PR, Exo etc etc, when you get better traffic than test with CR.
Right now, we need to get more traffic.
