I am trying to place an order and I keep getting an error message from Paypal that says: PayPal gateway has rejected request. Subscription start date should be greater than current date (#11505: Start Date should be greater than current date).

Also I have a question for you ...

I am ordering 275 mixed link package and I want to split them evenly between Url #1 {keyword 1|keyword 2} and Url #2 {keyword 1|keyword 2}, will you do this automatically or is there somewhere on the order form to give you my instructions?

It should work like that as well, but the most optimal way to use it would be to target direct keywords with the links.

This is a bug on PayPal's end which occurs daily around midnight (GMT). The bug lasts for only an hour so you should be able to complete your checkout at all other times of the day.

Regarding your other questions, all of the links are evenly split between submitted URLs by default (and keywords of each URL).

It is impossible to know if you will rank high enough with any service or link building you do. SEO is not an exact science, but based on best practices that have been proven to be effective over time. Making sure your site is properly optimized for your targeted keywords and then using a powerful link building service such as this results in first page rankings for a lot of our customers, as can be seen from the hundreds of reviews in this thread.

Another thing you have to keep in mind is picking the right package for the level of competition of your keywords. Tougher niches/keywords will obviously require a lot more "firepower" than easier keywords.
